Photos are available on OrderPoint

When placing an order for photos, please be sure to select the correct report type. Many requests are submitted to the ChoicePoint Claims Record Unit (CRU) as the report type "OTHER" instead of "PHOTOS." CRU has a department that is dedicated to handling all incoming requests for photos.

When a photo request is submitted, CRU will contact the photo department of the relevant agency to determine the price. If the price exceeds $60, a phone call or e-mail notification will be sent to you from a CRU representative asking for authorization to proceed with your order.
If you have any questions concerning photo requests, please contact our customer service department at 800.934.9698, and select option 1.

Georgia Highway Patrol Request

The Georgia Highway Patrol follows a report number format of a two-digit post, four digits and then the two-digit year (##-####-YR). The primary search criteria used by the Georgia Highway Patrol are the full first and last names of the parties involved. Providing this required information, along with a specific loss location and driver information can assist in receiving your requested report in a shorter time frame.

The Atlanta Police Department requires a report number for all requests. Its report numbers are either:
